Welcome to heart of holland rabbitry!
At our rabbitry, we take great pride in hand-raising Holland Lops and English Angoras. Our bunnies receive daily handling and attention, ensuring that by the time they are ready to join their forever homes, they are well-socialized and accustomed to human interaction. This daily handling helps them develop friendly and trusting personalities, making them wonderful companions.
Additionally, our bunnies are raised in an environment where they are regularly exposed to cats, dogs, and children. This exposure helps them become well-adjusted and comfortable around other animals and people. We believe that a loving and nurturing environment is essential for the healthy development of our bunnies, and we strive to provide the best care possible.
When you adopt a bunny from us, you can be confident that you are bringing home a pet that has been loved and cared for from the very beginning. Our goal is to ensure that each bunny transitions smoothly into their new home, bringing joy and companionship to their new families.

About the breeder
Hi, I'm Miley, the proud owner of Heart of Holland Rabbitry!
At Heart of Holland Rabbitry, my primary goal is to perfect the Holland Lop and English Angora breeds while also raising bunnies with calm, friendly personalities and a variety of beautiful colors. Our bunnies are not just breeding animals, they are our beloved pets, and we love each one of them equally.
Our rabbits live in spacious enclosures where they have plenty of room to move around and play. They also enjoy regular time outside their cages and receive lots of cuddles and affection from us. We believe that a loving environment is important for their well-being and happiness.
Starting as early as two weeks old, our baby bunnies are introduced to litter training. This early start helps ensure that they are comfortable using a litter box by the time they leave for their new homes, making the transition smoother for both the bunny and their new family.
When preparing your bunny to go to their forever home, we take extra care to ensure they are in the best possible condition. We trim their nails, deworm them, and provide each bunny with a birth certificate. Additionally, every bunny goes home with a transition bag that includes pellets, treats, and toys to help them settle into their new environment.
We are dedicated to raising happy, healthy bunnies that will bring joy and companionship to their new families. Thank you for considering Heart of Holland Rabbitry for your new furry friend!

Heart of Holland Rabbitry(Miley)has given us the joy of owning the cutest, fuzzy and intelligent bunny I’ve ever seen. We brought Max home in September 2024, and he’s just a very special little guy. So special, we decided to get another one of her bun babies. Miley has been so diligent with socializing and handling her buns. And I’ve been able to reach out to her with any questions, and she gives sound advice. Max is amazing, that’s all I can say. He’s so loved, even our Golden Retriever can’t resist his cuteness! ❤️

About our rabbitry
All of our bunnies are raised with lots of love inside our home! We only have 1-2 litters at a time to ensure each and every bunny gets the individual love and attention they deserve.
To ensure our bunnies are well-socialized, we handle them multiple times a day, every day, from day one until they are ready to leave at 8 weeks old. This daily interaction helps them get used to human touch quite quickly.
Starting at 1.5 weeks old, we begin socializing them with dogs and cats, and they are also raised around kids and exposed to loud noises. This diverse environment helps our bunnies adapt easily to their new homes.
As soon as the bunnies start to leave the nest box, they are introduced to their litter boxes. Early litter training helps them adjust to their new homes and encourages good litter habits from a young age.
Once the bunnies are old enough, they are exposed to different areas in our home. This helps them get used to environmental changes, making it easier for them to adapt to new homes.
As they grow, we provide them with high-quality pellets, alfalfa, and timothy hay, as well as our organic homemade treats. This ensures they have a balanced diet and remain healthy and happy.
We are dedicated to raising well-socialized, healthy bunnies that will bring joy to their new families.

Welcoming Snowball into our family has been an absolute joy, and we are profoundly grateful to Heart of Holland Rabbitry and Miley for this wonderful addition to our home. From our first interaction, it was clear that Miley's commitment to raising affectionate and well-adjusted rabbits is unparalleled.
Heart of Holland Rabbitry, nestled in Camrose, Alberta (they drove all the way to deliver to Edmonton for us special thank you for that) just an hour's drive from Edmonton, provides an exceptional environment for their bunnies Miley ensures that each rabbit is handled daily from birth, fostering a deep sense of trust and comfort with human interaction. This early socialization is evident in Snowball's affectionate nature and eagerness to engage with every member of our family.
The rabbits are also accustomed to various household sounds, thanks to Miley's thoughtful exposure techniques. This has made Snowball remarkably adaptable and unperturbed by the typical noises of our bustling home. Moreover, the early start to litter training at just 2.5 weeks old has been a tremendous benefit, as Snowball quickly acclimated to our household routines.
Snowball's playful energy and loving demeanor have brought an abundance of joy and laughter into our lives. It's evident that the meticulous care and nurturing environment provided by Heart of Holland Rabbitry have shaped Snowball into the delightful companion we cherish.
We wholeheartedly recommend Heart of Holland Rabbitry to anyone seeking a healthy, well-socialized, and loving rabbit. Miley's passion and dedication shine through in every aspect of her work, and we are forever thankful for the happiness Snowball has brought into our home. ❤️❤️❤️ - kanwal
